Our willing for continuous improvement: improve you production level ; we help quickly in case of problem and bring efficient solutions to help run our machine as efficiency as possible.
Modern remote diagnostic
communication tools: we use all possible means to assist you, to provide assistance all along machines life and to help you all along a continuous improvement process.

Approx 90% of our customer problems are just solved per phone or per e-mail. Besides, we come quickly on site: thanks to our modern data storage facilities, we have all technical data available for each machine, each machine history and the last events.

Your requests for spare parts are processed then delivered from our local stock. Each order we receive before 12 AM is processed before 14:30 PM thanks to our local spare parts stock in Saint-Céré or from our suppliers stock.
