Latest news about parts machined out of profiles and bars: MICHEL PIOCH machining centres strengthen their place in the middle and big repetitive series of parts (sometimes higher than 1000 parts per hour). The idea that big series are cheaper if produced in low cost countries can now be wrong.

| Starting from a stock of bars, it is now possible to load the profiles on an automatic bar feeder then to mill and also cut automatically many profiles at the same step. The cutting operation may be done at hidden time with a very good roughness and a cutting accuracy better than 0,05 mm. |
| This machining solution requires reduced human presence therefore it is used in different industry areas. A few time ago, the use of our machines avoided transferring a production in low cost countries. |
