• We deliver and install a “plug and play” machine, i.e. able to machine different parts as soon as we have installed it. The documentation we provide with the machine is complete and contains geometry protocol as well as the “0 km machine status”. We store a 3D model of your machine, which may be helpful in case of further installation of options for example. • Our service (hotline) is free and available for all our customers. The service, engineers, application engineers, and management are available directly by e-mail or company mobile phones. Our customers appreciate the quality of our answers because there is a direct contact: 98% of the questions are solved by phone or e-mail. • We can help our customers in their different development steps. For example, our application engineers can help design toolings or make milling programs. • Within the MICHEL PIOCH Company, relationships are focused on trust and on people long term satisfaction; we are aware that a machining centre has to be used for decades, therefore, we insist on true relationships and willingness of having done a good job, in order to keep on our rate of 100% customer’s satisfaction. |
